Support and Consulting

An SCOM Health Check provides an audit of your current environment and offers remediation advice to increase the efficiency of your systems. Ad Hoc consulting may be best suited to you if you require assistance with particular tasks or issues and need to engage an expert, or the ability to engage a resource while your SCOM administrator is on leave can provide you with peace of mind.
Training and Mentoring
Dilignet provides knowledge transfer and mentoring throughout our engagements. We allow your staff to work with us as we design and implement so that they can gain valuable skills and knowledge to assist in the adoption of the technology. If you require formal training Dilignet employs a Microsoft Certified Trainer who has extensive real-world experience in SCOM and can provide customised training specific to your organisation's needs.
